INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES
All prices are listed in USD and currency conversion rates vary daily. Please check with your credit card issuer to determine the current exchange rate, as well as any additional fees you may incur for international orders.
CA SALES TAX
CA sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California.
CHECKOUT ERRORS
  • Please make sure the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the address differs, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
  • For each denied attempt to purchase on our site, you may see a corresponding pending transaction on your online bank statement. These pending transactions, however, do not affect your account balance and will be dropped within a few business days. If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.
GIFT CARDS

  1. When checking out, ENTER CODE in Gift Certificate Section.
  2. ENTER DOLLAR AMOUNT you would like to use in the “apply amount” in the gift certificate section. (If this isn’t done, the amount won’t be applied to the order.)

SALES POLICY
  • Promotional coupon codes cannot be combined; only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • Promotional coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

ORDER TRACKING
  • Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information.
  • If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to update you with your order status. Orders that are “Processing” have been received and are in our queue.
  • Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders. International shipments shipped via USPS International Standard Shipping will not have updated online tracking.
ORDER PROCESSING
  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may take 3-4 business days to process.
  • Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped.
  • We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Free Shipping on all domestic exchange orders
  • Place a new order online for your exchange items.
  • Note your new exchange order number on our Returns and Exchanges Form and include it in your package along with the item(s).

  • For US orders only, we will refund your new exchange order's shipping fee when we process your return package. Only orders with standard shipping are eligible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
  • All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.)
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Redlined & flash sale items
    • Earrings
    • Hosiery
    • Underwear
    • Greeting cards
  • Bathing suits must be returned with their hygienic liner.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only within the given timeframe.
  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as ThreadSence is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
During the holiday season, all orders placed between November 25th and December 25th are eligible for a return/exchange within 45 days from the original purchased date. Gifts returns are eligible for store credit only. Please see below for more information on returns/exchanges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For US orders only, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package.
