- Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 30 business days of receipt of purchase.
- FINAL SALE on all earrings, hosiery, greeting cards, and sale items.
- We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.

Return Instructions: Please use the Returns and Exchanges Form, or please return items with the original packing slip and mark items to be returned and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to Threadsence. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You may also opt for store credit.
Exchange Options:
- FREE SHIPPING for exchange orders (US Only and excludes shoes)
- Please place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for.
