Domestic and international gift purchases can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 45 days of the original purchase date, excluding final sale items. The returns/exchanges policy below also applies to gift purchases made from November 25 through December 25, with the exception of an extended returns/exchanges deadline. - Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 30 business days of receipt of purchase.
- FINAL SALE on all earrings, hosiery, greeting cards, red line sale items, & "Flash Sale Friday" items.
- We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.
- An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any exchanges/returns.
- Please allow approximately 7 business days to process your return AFTER it has been received by Threadsence.
- Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us.

Return Instructions: Please use the Returns and Exchanges Form for all returned items. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to Threadsence. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You may also opt for store credit. If you are returning a gift, please make sure to note that you are returning a gift in the returns form.
Exchange Options:
- FREE SHIPPING for exchange orders (US Only and excludes shoes)
- Please place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for.
- Please use the Returns and Exchanges Form, and mark the box "Exchange Order Placed".
- Only one exchange request per order is permitted.
- Your exchanged order shipping will be refunded when we process your return package
